Led the redesign of Appsmith's Git experience, commencing with the roadmap opener which is connecting to git. The implementation of the new connection process resulted in a notable 20% increase in connection success rates, showcasing the positive impact of the redesign.

Roop's communication regarding problem analysis and research was performed before delving into solutions.
For instance, when Roop handled the handover of Error Handling when I joined Appsmith, the amount of documented information was incredibly helpful for my onboarding and ongoing work.
Additionally, when Roop presents something during design reviews, alignment calls, or in offline communication, he always provides a clear recap of the problem, which greatly assists others in focusing on it and providing more targeted feedback on the solution.
